March Holiday Workshop

I used to score C for physics in school until I entered Physics Academy. Thanks to Mr Lai’s interactive and engaging teaching method, I was able to gain a better understanding and improve my physics knowledge. Closer to major exams, he would always focus on our weak areas and that greatly helped me in achieving my A in both prelims and Alevel.

I had weak physics foundation, and have never imagined myself to get an A for H2 physics as I didn’t obtain an A for olevel physics. However, after joining Physics Academy, I found the teaching style similar to my learning method. After Mr Lai teaches a concept, he creates and asks a question to test our understanding on that particular concept. This really helped me solidify my foundation for the various topics. In addition, the topical quizzes on the learning platform also helped me tremendously.

I am very thankful for Mr Lai for earnestly teaching me physics and helping me clutch the A grade by A levels. He is a very dedicated teacher who puts in a lot of effort into thoroughly explaining concepts and formulas and placing emphasis on key points. The vast amounts of resources available in the tuition such as digital lessons and mastery papers have also played a huge role in improving my understanding of physics. All in all, I would like to thank Mr Lai for helping me develop a better mastery for physics and enabling me to pass A levels with flying colours.

Initially, I got a D at the start of JC1 and Mr Lai helped me to learn and improve. Subsequently, I got a B for promos and then an A for prelims and A for A levels.  Mr Lai is a passionate teacher who is willing to push us to achieve our best. He is good at explaining concepts that allow us to understand very quickly. He is also patient, so I wasn’t afraid to ask repeatedly in order to clarify the doubts I have. There are also many resources like tutorial videos and physics bible to aid in our learning. I am glad that I came to Physics Academy and highly recommend it:)
